Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
1.1 Gift Voucher: A voucher issued by Sassy Doll Beauty that is redeemable for salon services, skincare products, or other offerings provided by the business.
1.2 Redeemer: The person who purchases or receives a Gift Voucher and uses it in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Sassy Doll Beauty: The business operated by Daniela in Adelaide, South Australia.

2. Redemption
2.1 Usage:
• Gift Vouchers are redeemable only for services and/or products offered by Sassy Doll Beauty at our designated premises in Adelaide.
• They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase cash equivalents, except where required by law.
2.2 Partial Redemptions:
• If the value of the services or products purchased exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid in full by the Redeemer at the time of purchase.
• Any remaining balance on a Gift Voucher after a transaction may be used for future purchases, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Validity and Expiry
3.1 Validity Period:
• Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.
• Any Gift Voucher not redeemed within this period will expire and will no longer be valid for redemption.
3.2 Expiry Changes:
• Sassy Doll Beauty reserves the right to modify the validity period or any conditions related to the Gift Voucher’s expiry at its discretion. Any changes will only apply to vouchers issued after the date of the amendment.

4. Booking and Redemption Process
4.1 Booking Appointments:
• When using a Gift Voucher for a salon service, the voucher must be presented at the time of booking or upon arrival for the service.
• Appointments booked using a Gift Voucher are subject to availability and must comply with our standard booking and cancellation policies.

5. Non-Transferability and Limitations
5.1 Non-Transferable:
• Gift Vouchers are issued to the individual purchaser or recipient and are non-transferable except where required by law.
5.2 No Cash Redemption:
• Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded for cash, except as required by law.
5.3 No Combination with Other Offers:
• Gift Vouchers cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
5.4 Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
• Sassy Doll Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Vouchers. Replacement of such vouchers is at the sole discretion of Sassy Doll Beauty and may be subject to a fee.

6. Misuse and Fraud
6.1 Unauthorized Use:
• Any attempt to alter, replicate, or misuse a Gift Voucher is strictly prohibited.
• Sassy Doll Beauty reserves the right to cancel any Gift Voucher that is suspected of being fraudulent or used in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 Legal Action:
• Misuse of a Gift Voucher may result in legal action, and Sassy Doll Beauty will seek to recover any losses incurred as a result of such misuse.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Disclaimer:
• Sassy Doll Beauty makes no representations or warranties regarding the Gift Voucher beyond those expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 Liability:
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sassy Doll Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of a Gift Voucher.

8. Governing Law
These Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

9. Amendments
Sassy Doll Beauty reserves the right to amend these Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and will apply only to vouchers issued after the effective date of the amendment.
