Cancellations or rescheduling must adhere to our cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these terms (e.g., late cancellations or no-shows) may result in cancellation fees and ineligibility for a refund.

We want you to be happy with your skincare product purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
