Skin Treatments Prep

1. Have minimal or no make-up on

2. Remove all of your jewellery

3. Avoid excessive sun exposure and getting sunburnt at least 2 weeks before treatment, if you do have sunburnt skin, it’s best to reschedule

4. Avoid using any exfoliating products at least 5 days before. This includes acids, retinols etc.

5. Avoid waxing your face for a week before

6. If you have a big event coming up, it’s advised to have a skin treatment a few weeks before

Skin Treatments Aftercare

1. Avoid using products that contain AHAs, Retinol or exfoliating agents for 10 days after your skin treatment

2. Always use an SPF daily and make sure to reapply

3. Drink plenty of water

4. Avoid make-up for at least 24 hours
