2.1 Salon Services
• Bookings: Appointments can be booked by contacting us directly.
• Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
• Disclaimer: While we strive to provide high-quality beauty services, results may vary based on individual differences. All services are provided on a “best efforts” basis.
2.2 Skincare Products
• Product Descriptions: We aim to provide accurate descriptions of our skincare products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site is error-free or complete.
• Usage: Our skincare products are for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. Always read the product label and consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns or allergies.
• Pricing and Availability: Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders, Payment, and Shipping
3.1 Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order for products or book a service, you are making an offer to purchase or book, subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders or bookings for any reason, including but not limited to product availability or errors in pricing or product description.
3.2 Payment
Payment for all services and products must be made at the time of booking or checkout. We accept cash or card for services/products instore and card only for products ordered online. All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
3.3 Shipping (for Skincare Products)
• Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on a flat rate of $9.95, we reserve the right to change shipping costs at any time.
• Risk and Title: Ownership of the products transfers to you upon delivery. Any risk associated with the products passes to you upon delivery.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
4.1 Salon Services
Once a salon service has been provided, refunds are generally not available. However, if you have concerns about the service you received, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can discuss a resolution.
4.2 Skincare Products
• Returns/Refunds:  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 2 days of receiving it for a refund. If there is a problem with the product, please contact us. We don't accept change of minds returns. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service for return instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment after the returned product has been inspected. Shipping fees may not be refundable.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability and must adhere to the same return conditions.
4.3 Cancellation of Appointments
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy in section 2.1 for details on cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
