Appointments & Arrivals
Sassy Doll Beauty is “By Appointment Only.” For all appointments, please come on time, if you arrive early, it’s advised to wait until your appointment time to enter the salon. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your treatment will be shortened to maintain the scheduled finish time, without change to the price. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the appointment will be cancelled as a No Show. Your deposit will be forfeited as a No Show fee. Your booking will be confirmed after your deposit has been made. Failure to adhere to our policy may result in us being unable to accept future bookings.
Deposits/Cancellations
For new clients booking in a treatment over $70, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit is credited towards the cost of your appointment. If you can’t attend your booking, we kindly ask you to give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we can reschedule it for you, your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment. If you cancel or want to reschedule less than 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel or reschedule less than 12 hours of your appointment or fail to arrive without notice, your deposit will be forfeited and therefore will be required to pay for the remaining booked treatment in full. Failure to adhere to our policy may result in us being unable to accept future bookings.
Confirmation of Appointment
We will send you a confirmation text a day or two before your treatment to remind you of your upcoming appointment. We require you to reply with a simple “Yes” to the text to confirm your appointment. If you can’t attend your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before either by calling or text.
Inquiry/Contact
Please text/call/email for an appointment or inquiry. We do not communicate via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message as they are not often regulated and therefore messages will be lost.
Parking
It’s advised to leave earlier than expected as Barker Avenue can get quite busy. This will allow you to find a park and arrive on time.
Other
We have the right to refuse service if we feel that it is hazardous, against our hygiene practice or if you are unwell/unfit to receive the service. It is your responsibility to contact us prior to 24 hours of your treatment if you are unsure whether you will be able to receive the service. If we are forced to refuse service, we will treat this as a cancellation without notice.
